So… something didn’t go quite right, did it?

Well, That’s okay. Grimble is many things; dramatic, nocturnal, emotionally unavailable, but he is fair.

Here’s how it works:

Damaged, Misprinted, or Hexed Items

If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or looking like it went through a werewolf’s digestive tract, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll conjure a replacement or a refund. Just send:

  • A photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A few words that won’t make Grimble cry

Wrong Size, Regretful Curse, Change of Heart?

I can’t offer returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or suddenly realizing your outfit doesn’t match your adventurer’s aesthetic.
Why? Everything’s made to order from Grimble’s print-on-demand vault.

So, pretty please double-check your sizing scrolls before casting “Add to Cart.”

Order Issues & Contact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Dice that have rolled a natural 1 (They are now cursed and belong in jail)
  • Any item consumed by your pets or miniature versions of yourself
